ATIVA-GAUGE MAIL SYSTEM

ATIVA-Gauge Mail is a plug-in to ATIVA-Gauge 6.0. The program sends reminders for gauges/items to be calibrated in the coming month by email to regular holders and/or to departmental contact persons. This can be done either via manual management or via scheduling for an automatic reminder.

At the click of a button, reminders are sent to all affected persons who have gauges/objects to be calibrated. If the program is installed on a server or other computer that is rarely switched off, it is also possible to schedule reminders so that each month, each owner/department manager receives an e-mail about which items are to be submitted for calibration.
